iHire Named Most Creative Workplace in Frederick, MD

Frederick, MD – iHire was recognized for their innovative workforce and family-friendly practices as the “Most Creative Workplace” in Frederick, a new category in the 2014 Frederick County Best Places to Work Awards.

Held at the Delaplaine Visual Education Arts Center, the annual event is a joint partnership between the Frederick County Workforce Services, City of Frederick Department of Economic Development, Frederick County Business Development and Retention, and Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. Ten companies were honored based on a variety of criteria including workplace culture, professional development, benefits and amenities, work-life balance, community involvement, and tools for healthy living. Median annual salaries, turnover rate, and diversity practices were also evaluated.
