The Boise Co-op has been keeping it local since 1973. What started as a tiny buying club is now a bustling community of 50,000+ Co-Owners, with two stores (North End + Village at Meridian) and fun side-hustles like our Wine Shop, Pet Shop, and Uncorked Wine Bar. We’re all about good food, strong community vibes, and supporting local makers and growers. We lead with our hearts, and it shows—we’re not just a grocery store, we’re your neighbors.

Love people? Love good food? Join us as a Full-Time Cashier and help create an awesome shopping experience at the Boise Co-op! We’re looking for someone who’s great with customers, quick on the register, and ready to bring positive energy to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel at home.
• Accurately ring up purchases and keep things moving smoothly.
• Share membership info and invite customers to join.
• Encourage customers to Round Up for local non-profits.
• Handle cash and follow proper checkout procedures.
• Keep busy—help bag, stock, clean, and assist wherever needed.
• Support online order pulling and self-checkout assistance.
• Tackle customer concerns with patience and positivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and engaging personality—customer service is your thing!
• Quick, accurate, and efficient at the register.
• Full availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet.
• Experience in retail or grocery cashiering is a plus!
