Merchandising Supervisor

Welcome to MOSSA, where we create workouts for health clubs, YMCAs, and MOSSA On Demand. We're seeking team members for an energetic, fast-paced workplace.

ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS

• Conduct market research to identify current fitness fashion trends.
• Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies.

SELECT & DESIGN PRODUCT LINE

• Create product line plans for apparel and merchandise.
• Select and manage vendors to deliver the product line.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
• Work with the marketing department to create brand logos for embellishment.
• Partner with the marketing team to create and send monthly communications B2B and B2C.
• Outfit presenters in program-branded apparel for quarterly filmings and education.

MANAGE INVENTORY

• Develop and manage a monthly budget for ordering and inventory supply levels.
• Order inventory to meet forecasts.
• Monitor production costs.
• Create and maintain a production schedule with suppliers.
• Monitor order progress and address any delays or issues with products.
• Set and communicate quality standards with suppliers.
• Conduct quality inspections upon product arrival.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

• Set and achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Track and analyze sales performance and inventory levels.

PROCESS ORDERS & MANAGE MOSSA STORE

• Process daily orders from the Shopify Store.
• Reconcile monthly invoices to track and monitor shipping costs.
• Handle the printing station for custom orders.
• Supervise in-house store during events.
• Assist in shipping products as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Use the Shopify Platform to showcase products, update inventories, and handle abandoned carts, along with setting up ‘Journey’s with Attentive software.
