Job Summary
The Comcast Business Digital Customer Solutions team is responsible for building, maintaining and innovating a world-class digital experience to millions of Comcast Business Customers, from Small Businesses to large Enterprise. The Digital Product Specialist role will drive and manage the Digital Product teams overall way of working. You will act in a cross-functional capacity on all critical product operating tactics to enable and empower the team to operate at a high-functioning level. This role will report to and partner closely with the Executive Director of Digital Customer solutions to manage and in some cases lead core product operating tactics such as Product Development Lifecycle pipeline management, backlog management, prioritization discussions and stakeholder & communications efforts. This role is positioned to grow into deeper product management opportunities on the team.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Work directly with the organizational leader to create and implement best practices for the Digital Product teams overall way of operating
- Manage and lead team-wide pipeline and backlog reviews
- Track and analyze product teams overall capacity to support prioritization discussions
- Manage core tools needed from Digital Product Team
- Build and maintain a communications strategy that helps external organizations and partners understand who the team is and what they are doing
- Work closely with organizational leader to manage regular team cadences, including material preparation
- Works regularly with cross-functional teams (UX, Content, Program, Analytics, Digital Sales, Product Marketing) to ensure alignment on overall roadmap and prioritization
- Partners with analytics and research teams to assess team-wide product performance and identify areas of opportunity to meet customer needs
- Develops strong relationships to deliver a superior digital experience. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. In office requirements are 4 business days per work week and 1 optional day remote.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in Digital Product or working on a Digital Product team is preferred
- Experience in organizational and/or operational strategy
- Background in process design & improvement
- Strong storytelling & data visualization skills
- Proficient in relevant software development and program management applications, including Airtable, Smartsheets, FIGMA, Miro, Confluence, JIRA and Microsoft Suite.
