Key Responsibilities:

Supervise & Lead – Interview, train, and manage a team of machine operators.
Plan & Organize – Oversee production schedules, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control – Monitor product quality and maintain high manufacturing standards.
Troubleshooting – Perform root-cause analysis and solve production issues efficiently.
Hands-On Work – Step in to operate the machining line when needed.
Process Improvement – Standardize training and operational procedures.
Administrative Tasks – Track production data, review time records, and approve PTO.

Required Skills:

Experience with ERP software and Excel
Strong background in CNC machining and standardized practices
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
