Purpose

As a NaughtOne Market/Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of NaughtOne sales within the US West Coast territory to achieve agreed targets. You will be responsible for building NaughtOne sales within the MillerKnoll channel while also developing opportunities locally through Open Line dealers, end user and A&D engagements. This role will play a key role in delivering the NaughtOne US growth strategy.

Responsibilities/Key Deliverables

  • Key member of the NaughtOne NAC Sales team in fostering a culture of affinity and loyalty for NaughtOne within the broader influencer groups, i.e., MillerKnoll Sales Teams, Dealers, A&D, Global Accounts, etc.

  • Play a key role in delivering the NaughtOne NAC growth strategy.

  • Developing MillerKnoll Dealer capabilities around the NaughtOne brand.

  • Grow NaughtOne sales through the MillerKnoll Sales channel and Open Line Dealer channel within a specific territory to achieve agreed targets.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record (3 -5 years) of successful sales record within contract furniture/ interiors industries.

  • Sales, presentation & training experience (ideally minimum of 3 years).

  • Ideally a good knowledge & network within of the contract furniture market.

  • Customer focus: keeps external and internal customers at the forefront at all times.

  • Strives to proactively address customer needs & to provide consistent high levels of customer service using high level written & oral communication skills.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to inspire others, who is results focused.

  • An organized self-starter with excellent problem solving.

Dimension of role

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, the role is US West coast based (California or PNW based ideally). The successful role holder must also be able to travel within the US as well as internationally to UK.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders and is passionate about using data to drive results.

A starting compensation range for this role is $66,400.00 - $86,300.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
