Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Dallas, TX

Your role: As the Marketing Intern you will support the Corporate Data Office in various marketing and communication tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in creating and managing content, enhancing internal communications, and contributing to marketing strategies.

What youll do:

• Content Publishing: Edit and publish blogs, articles, and other content for the Corporate Data Office's intranet communication pages.
• Presentation Updates: Assist in updating PowerPoint presentations and Shufflrr slides to ensure they are current and visually appealing.
• URL/External Publishing: Edit and publish blogs, articles, and other content for an externally facing URL.
• Public Relations: Support communication planning, news updates, and other content and activities to enhance the Corporate Data Office's visibility.
• Branding: Assist and participate in internal branding activities and tasks like logo edits, content creation, etc., and review and update content to ensure it aligns with Digital Realty and CDO branding guidelines.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Chief of Staff and PMO, as needed.

What youll need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
