Overview

JCSA Holdings Inc. is a private company that provides capital and operational assistance for businesses in exchange for equity in the business enterprise.  The company is based in Albany NY but considers business opportunities on a global basis.

Location: Waco, TX- Electrolit Manufacturing Plant

Salary Grade: E1-E3

Reports to: Plant Controller

Position Summary

The Buyer for Electrolit Manufacturing USA will be responsible for purchasing and controlling inventory for the Warehouse plant at the Plant Controllers direction. The Buyer will research vendors and suppliers to ensure the company is within, or exceeds budget expectations. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Buyer will report to the Electrolit Manufacturing’s/JCSA’s Plant Controller.

Principal Duties

1. Collaborates with Department Leaders in various areas to ensure seamless production Oversees and maintains current inventory.
2. Researches, analyzes, and forecasts current and future buying trends, markets, styles, and products, with attention to specified target market and demographics.
3. Develops and maintains relationships with wholesalers and suppliers.
4. Negotiates contracts with wholesalers and suppliers.
5. Assesses financial risks of purchases.
6. Attends appropriate events, product exhibitions, and conferences to maintain current understanding of new products and trends.
7. Compiles information for presentation and analysis to the Plant Controller and other members of Management.
8. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills

1. Strong Microsoft office suite program experience required.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
2. Five (5) years prior experience in related field required.

Other Requirements

• Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must be able to lift Thirty (30) pounds.
• Must be able to comfortably use ladders and step stools.
