Position Purpose:
The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate - Stocker plays an integral part for our DC Fulfillment team and customers, ensuring products are properly rotated. Your role will require you to consistently rotate inventory to ensure first in first out (FIFO). In addition, this role will prove to be a vital asset in the assistance of ensuring efficiency and accuracy of the entire order to cash process (from inventory receipt to shipping).
Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Maintains consumable freshness by rotating stock.
- Monitors inventory in pick locations to ensure ample stock for picking efficiency.
- Assists in receiving inbound shipments verifying for accuracy and damages while performing quality control by inspecting all perishable products received for quality and consistency and promptly notifies appropriate party when an issue arises.
- Assists in receiving and fulfilling distribution orders for accessories, spices, salts, sugars, blends, rice, and tea to expedite orders and make certain an efficient, streamlined process.
- Assists in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and the inventory according to the scheduled warehouse cleaning rotation.
- Assists Warehouse Inventory Lead in item put away, pallet consolidation and general inventory management tasks.
- Assists warehouse and production teams with additional tasks when needed.
- Basic computer knowledge and math skills.

- Ability to frequently climb ladders and stairs, perform overhead lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Forklift certification, preferred.
- Consistent ability to utilize hands and fingers to perform tasks as necessary for job duties, which may include operating machinery, handling materials, or typing (8+ hours per day).
- Consistent capacity for visual acuity to monitor processes, examine materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met (8+ hours per day).
- Consistently communicate in English utilizing both written and oral methods including the use of speech and hearing to communicate effectively with team members, clients, customers, and the ability to engage in verbal discussions and listen attentively (8+ hours per day).
- Consistent ability to perform various physical tasks that require continuous standing (8+ hours per day), walking (8+ hours per day), bending (8+ hours per day), reaching (8+ hours per day), squatting, (8+ hours per day), lifting; up to 50 lbs.(8+ hours per day), carrying (8+ hours per day), pushing/pulling (8+ hours per day), and maneuvering within a warehouse workspace (8+ hours per day).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks (8+ hours per day).
- Ability to visually identify products and their characteristics (8+ hours per day).
- Frequently climb ladders and stairs (3-5 hours per day).
- Operation of, but not limited to, stocking, picking, inventory, packaging, kitchen, and computer tools and equipment (8+ hours per day).
- Consistently work around spices; must not be sensitive to various scents and aromas (8+ hours per day).
