My experience from the last 8 months working for One Energy has been very well. I enjoy the work environment where myself and my coworkers work together to get tasks done. I’ve been with One Energy for almost 9 years. In that time I’ve cross-trained at multiple stores, enjoyed many benefits, incentives, and worked my way up to manager . I’ve managed 3 different locations and am currently running the newest Fresh Village. I love the people that I work with and the customers we serve, as well as my superiors . I’m a single parent and the company has always been understanding and accommodating about my availability, especially during finishing college and working through the pandemic. I’ve always been given the tools and support that I need to be successful at my job. I appreciate everything I’ve gained in my time here.
