A store Manager is responsible to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests, respond to guest complaints or inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input. He or she oversees and is accountable for the day to day operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising product, inventory, expense control, manage employees, and managing operating costs, shrinkage and waste. A Manager is responsible to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests by exceeding their expectations by offering fast, friendly service, keeping a neat clean and organized store, selling only fresh quality products, cheerfully resolving any situation, or by doing whatever else may be necessary such that every guest leaves our store with a smile saying, “Wow, what great service!” He or she must demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude at all times. He or she must be willing to learn new skills, a desire to develop his/her service skills as well as his/her employees to their fullest potential, commitment to truth, strong communication and organizational skills, and a firm belief in our history and culture of M.A.G.I.C.
