You will play a key role in maintaining and developing meaningful relationships with customers and setting and meeting sales goals and objectives established with company leadership.
You will act as an account manager, maintaining relationships with independent retailers throughout the USA. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing store level support to corporate national accounts and implementing account executives' initiatives for corporate customers
- Answering customers' phone inquiries regarding products, prices, availability and product uses
- Assisting the customers in making product selections based on their needs; uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Proactively contacting existing customers to increase sales volume and order frequency; using lead information, contacts potential businesses for sales opportunities
- Assisting wholesale customers placing orders in burton+BURTON showrooms at major gift markets in Atlanta and Dallas.
Associates degree is a minimum educational requirement; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
