Partner Marketing enhances partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for partners and Just Walk Out technology (JWO). As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at JWO, you will play a crucial role in building our partner-led go-to-market strategy. Your primary focus will be on understanding partner needs, improving partner enablement, and driving the adoption of partner-centric solutions. You will own building marketing campaigns and programs that support our referral partner programs. You will develop self-serve assets and tools for partner enablement and qualify partner opportunities. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align strategies, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and implement partner-focused initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably with tech industry experience. You will drive awareness of Just Walk Out and our partner program. You should possess strong relationship-building skills, thrive in ambiguity, and have experience establishing scaled marketing initiatives. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for customers, you will be instrumental in driving growth and satisfaction with JWO partners, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and ultimately contributing to the success of both our partners and JWO.

Key job responsibilities
* Launch top of funnel partner acquisition and lead generation campaigns to drive referral programs.
* Support late stage partner activity and communications for JWO store launches.
* Develop easy to use collateral for both partners and end customers to efficiently explain the unique value of JWO, outline core requirements and launch processes, and share success stories and data.
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans and create supporting materials for partner enablement.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner needs, continuously gathering and analyzing partner feedback.
* Assess the current partner experience, identifying and prioritizing key areas for improvement to enhance partner enablement, adoption, and growth.
* Craft and communicate a comprehensive vision for the partner experience across multiple touchpoints.
* Work effectively across multiple stakeholders in marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partner-focused initiatives.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner-focused initiatives and processes, e.g., marketing qualified leads.
* Provide regular reports and insights on partner acquisition, qualification, adoption rates, and areas for improvement.
* Continuously refine and optimize the partner experience based on data-driven insights and feedback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
