Job Overview: Sr. Supply Chain Analyst - 6425 Hall of Fame Lane, Frisco, TX 75034 The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material planning and supply consistency across Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP) US Refreshment Beverage Supply Chain. This individual will oversee material requirements for both internal and external manufacturing networks, spearheading the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance planning efficiency. By collaborating closely with Supply Chain Initiatives Project Managers, Production Planning, Procurement, and Suppliers, the Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will ensure materials are available to meet target in-market timelines, driving the success of our materials management. Shift and Schedule: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required three days a week at our Corporate Headquarters in Frisco. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday. What you will do: Lead the Supplier Forecast process for assigned raw material and packaging categories, focusing on enhancing planning efficiencies and implementing Power BI solutions to remove process waste. Coordinate raw materials supply plans with plant planners and suppliers to support production requirements of KDP Brands, developing strategies to optimize inventory turns and maximize availability to protect service. Oversee raw material supplier inventory policies to enable flexibility in responding to KDP requirements, improving, and optimizing lead times between suppliers and facilities. Continuously focus on minimizing aged inventory and obsolescence, re-deploying material inventory across the network to balance age/obsolescence risk and freight costs. Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports, visualize complex data for speed of decisions, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement quickly. Develop digital solutions to facilitate better communication and collaboration among different teams by providing a centralized platform for data sharing and analysis Characteristics for Success: Self-starter with the ability to seek out solutions through cross-functional partnerships.
