FASTSIGNS of Norfolk is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We have 3 locations in the Hampton Roads area and the Norfolk location needs a strong leader, someone to take the reins and make this location rock! Need someone who is high energy, super-organized, able to stay on top of multiple priorities, and take care of our customers. ADD/ADHD, no problem as long as you are effective.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery and installation of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of this FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
  
  

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• 3-5 years of inside sales, retail or counter sales experience preferred - This is NOT a call center job!
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Stamina - lots of moving parts in our business and you have to stay on top of them
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
