iHire Product Update - Q1 2021

iHire wanted to start 2021 off with a bang, so we’ve been working hard on some game-changing tools to make your recruiting easier this year. These new resources are also great for those of you who aren’t currently hiring but are building up your talent pipeline so that you’re better prepared to fill positions in the future.

Message Candidates through the iHire Platform 

You can now reach out to potential hires without leaving the iHire platform. View and send messages directly from a candidate’s profile or from your Message Center where you will find all of your team’s conversations organized by candidate. 

Save Time with Pre-written or Custom Templates

When engaging candidates on iHire, selecting a custom message template will instantly populate your message with personalized fields (like the candidate’s name and your contact info). We provide some pre-written templates, but you can also create your own.

Showcase Your Company Culture

We’ve added Company Culture and Custom sections to company profiles so that you can highlight whatever makes your organization special. If candidates like what they see, they can view your job openings or express interest in future positions directly from your profile. 

New Integration: Bullhorn
