Do you have multiple team members involved in the recruiting process? On iHire, it’s easy to recruit as a team. Invite your colleagues to join the iHire platform (and select their access level). Assign Job Slots to each of your recruiters so they can post jobs as needed.

Pause Your Job Posting

Want to stop the flow of applicants without closing your job? You can now move your job to the “Paused” status to prevent candidates from applying while you manage your current applicants. When your job is paused, we’ll stop advertising it on the designated iHire site until you’re ready to start recruiting again.
