Does your job opening have non-negotiable qualifications (e.g., certifications, licenses, U.S. work authorization)? Add required questions to your job posting so that you can quickly narrow your applicant pool to those that meet basic requirements.

Invite Qualified Candidates to Apply

When you post a job on iHire, we send you a handful of matching candidates from our database to jump-start your recruiting. Now, you can easily invite them to apply with our prewritten template or a message of your own.

Resume Incomplete Job Postings
